We had our first Trust Conference , with the theme The Power of Effective Collaborative Working.
Undeterred by the weather, around 700 colleagues from across the all nine Trust schools took part and shared best practice.
Thirty four workshops, delivered by colleagues took place covering the ten key features of our schools; Core Values, Learners, Leadership, Curriculum, Quality Teaching, Climate for Learning, Staff Welfare and Professional Development, Parents, Data and Commercial Effectiveness.
The Market Place with thirty stalls covered a wide variety of subjects including parental engagement, functional reading, learning in the outdoors and apprenticeships.
Our CEO David Horn presented to all delegates and shared our journey so far, our successes and challenges and why collaboration and networking is at the center of all that we do.
It was a great event where colleagues learned, shared and spent sometime together. We look forward to the next one as well as other Trust wide events.
